Order Processing

We aim to process all orders as soon as we receive them within our operating hours Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the availability of your full order and to confirm the address details of your delivery. 

Domestic Delivery (Lebanon) 

  • Beirut Area: Same-day delivery via our dedicated courier is available  

  • Outside Beirut Area: Same-day delivery via our dedicated courier may be available depending on courier availability and time of request 

    All domestic delivery fees are paid in cash upon delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Customers both in and outside Beirut will be contacted by the driver on delivery day to coordinate delivery. Order will not be delivered without prior confirmation. 

Delays & Issues

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs processing.

If your order is significantly delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@vetpointlb.com or via the WhatsApp widget on our website.
